Welcome to the online public consultation for the proposed residential development of Land off Stratford Road, Hockley Heath, by St Philips.

St Philips is proposing to develop 23 dwellings on Land off Stratford Road, which will include the creation of a new vehicular access from Stratford Road, internal roads and car parking, provision of public open spaces, landscaping, attenuation ponds, and other associated infrastructure.

The aim of this consultation is to provide you with information regarding the development proposals and to allow you the opportunity to provide your comments on the scheme.
